Weekly Value Report
What an ongoing engagement's client sees every week — hours saved, $ value, and a trend line, with the assumptions shown so your own FP&A team can check the math.
SAMPLE — illustrative structure and content. Client name, volumes, and figures below are fictional. Tioga is pre-launch with no live client engagements yet; this is the template and methodology the first real engagement's reports will follow, not a real result.
01 — Engagement & assumptions
| Client | Meridian Steel Supply (illustrative) — AP Exception Handling |
| Week | 2026-09-08 to 2026-09-12 |
| Baseline time per exception | 14 min — client AP team lead's own estimate, captured 2026-09-01 |
| Loaded labor rate | $42/hr — client-provided, not an industry figure |
| Human review time per escalation | 3 min — client-provided estimate for reviewing and approving an AI-prepared escalation, not zero |

Value this week (net)
"Gross time avoided" is baseline minus AI processing time only. "Net labor saved" subtracts the human review time spent on escalated actions — that's the figure the dollar value is based on. Escalated and blocked actions are counted here deliberately — the same "every decision is evidence, not just the successes" principle behind the Governed AP Exception Workflow demo's audit ledger. A report that only shows the wins isn't one a governance-minded buyer should trust.

05 — How this is calculated (so you can check it)
- Baseline time comes from the client, not an industry average. Captured during the discovery sprint or a follow-up interview, with the source stated on every report.
- Hourly rate comes from the client's own fully-loaded labor cost for the role being augmented — never a number Tioga picks.
- Volume is a real count from the governance ledger every agent action already writes to (the same log used for the audit trail and NIST AI RMF evidence mapping) — not a separate estimate.
- Gross time avoided = (baseline minutes − AI processing minutes) × volume ÷ 60. AI processing time is near-zero at the latencies Tioga's own demo benchmarks show (~1.7s average for invoice-style extraction) — see How We Built the Invoice Processing Demo.
- Net labor saved = gross time avoided − human review time for any escalated or exception-handled action. Auto-approved actions need no deduction; escalated ones do — the dollar value reported is always based on net, not gross.
